Ingredients

  • 1 cup – low-fat or fat-free chocolate milk
  • 1 – banana
  • 1/2 cup – ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup – unsalted roasted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons – chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon – vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
