ELIGIBILITY:
Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. An eligible minor must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of The National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board (“Sponsor”), MSI Computer Corp. (“Co-Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER:
Between 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 21, 2025, and 6:00 p.m. ET on August 22, 2025 (“Entry Period”), reply to the MSI giveaway announcement post by @GonnaNeedMilk on X (formerly Twitter) and follow both @MSIusa and @GonnaNeedMilk.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without using X, during the same Entry Period, send an email to milkcup@gonnaneedmilk.com with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and the subject line “Milk Cup Series 3 Main Event Broadcast Giveaway Entry.” Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from any person will be void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All platform terms apply (as applicable).
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Entries must not be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, infringe any third-party rights, or otherwise be inconsistent with Sponsor’s image. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems noncompliant with these Official Rules.
WINNER DETERMINATION:
If follow both @MSIusa and @GonnaNeedMilk on X (formerly Twitter) and reply to the giveaway announcement post during the Entry Period, you will be deemed a potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and the timing of the eligible entries received. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by AI or AI-assisted tools, scripts, macros, or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. If you do not have an X account, establishing an account is free. All X terms apply. If a prize is returned as undeliverable or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION:
The potential winner will be notified by direct message on X and/or by email (if provided) within approximately two (2) business days after the end of the Entry Period. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to comply with these requirements, respond in time, or meet eligibility criteria will result in forfeiture of the prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Total value of all prizes: $149.98. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Limit one (1) prize bundle per person. Taxes: If the total value of the prize is $600 or more, winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting and will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
PUBLICITY GRANT:
Each winner (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or guardian) grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, X username, city and state of residence, image and/or likeness (including, but not limited to, X profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, participant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, each participant (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or guardian) agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties (as defined above) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of a prize. Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, messages, email, or other communications of any kind; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize(s), or in any giveaway-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; or (vii) injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participation in the giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or any Sponsor website or social media account, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entry, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway and if terminated, at its discretion, award any unclaimed prizes as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
PRIVACY:
Information submitted in connection with this contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://milkpep.org/privacy-policy/ and is subject to the Privacy Policy of Co-Sponsor where applicable.
GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES:
All disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws rules. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
