Power Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups – fat-free or low-fat milk
  • 1  6-ounce can – frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup – sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon – vanilla extract
  • 4 to 6 – ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine milk, orange juice concentrate, powdered sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes one at a time, through open lid; blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately. Yields 1 quart. This shake can also be poured into freezer-pop containers for a dreamsicle snack.
