Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups – frozen blueberries
- 1 cup – low-fat or fat-free milk
- 1 – banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons – honey
- 1 tablespoon – vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon – lemon juice
- 1/2 cup – ice
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
