- 1 cup – low-fat or fat-free chocolate milk
- 1 – banana
- 1/2 cup – ice cubes
- 1/4 cup – unsalted roasted almonds
- 2 tablespoons – chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon – vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
