Ingredients

  • 1 – chai tea bag
  • 1/2 cup – boiling water
  • 1/2 cup – low fat or fat free milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons – honey
  • pinch – ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon – vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Heat all ingredients except the vanilla in a small saucepan until steaming. Remove tea bag and pour into a mug. Stir in vanilla. Serve immediately.
