Whipped Milk: Three Ways
Tea, Coffee, and CocoaThis whipped milk recipe is as easy to make as it is fun to drink! Whip up using your favorite flavors like hazelnut, mint chocolate, or strawberry and serve atop iced real milk for a decadent treat both kids and adults will love.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons – hot chocolate powder, hazelnut spread, or strawberry milk flavoring
- 2 teaspoons – sugar
- 1/2 cup – heavy cream, very cold
- 2 cups – real milk
- ice cubes
- Alternate options for out-of-stock ingredients:
- Substitute unsweetened baking chocolate or cocoa powder for hot chocolate powder
DIRECTIONS
In a chilled bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and your choice of flavoring. Whip with an electric mixer until mixture is light and fluffy.
Fill two glasses with real milk and ice, top with whipped cream and serve.
