Vanilla SteamerTea, Coffee, and Cocoa
- 1 cup – fat-free or low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon – honey or sugar
- 1 teaspoon – vanilla extract
Warm milk and honey or sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming. Off heat, stir in the vanilla.
Pour into a mug and serve.
