Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast Sushi

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons – smooth peanut butter
- 1 – banana
- 1/4 cup – crisp rice cereal
- Pair each serving with:
- 8-ounce glass of milk
- Morning snack:
- 5.3-ounce container plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup – mixed berries
- Pair each serving with:
- 8-ounce glass of milk
DIRECTIONS
Spread peanut butter over the outside of the banana, and then roll in cereal until coated.
Cut into thick slices and serve with a glass of milk.
Enjoy a morning snack of a Greek yogurt parfait to help get 32 grams of protein before noon.
