Here’s a moon milk recipe that you can make more than once every blue moon. Mix maple syrup and Blue Majik and top with cinnamon for a delicious bevvie before bed.


  • 1 cup – real milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon – Blue Majik*
  • dash – cinnamon
  • dash – salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon – maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon – vanilla extract
  • edible flowers for garnish (optional)


In a small saucepan warm your milk and stir in Blue Majik. Stir in cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Pour into a mug and garnish with edible flowers, if desired. Enjoy!
