Chamomile Moon MilkOdds And Ends
Chamomile and comfort go together, so why not blend it with warm milk and a bit of honey as you wind down your day? Traditonally steeped as a tea, this ancient herb and a cup of milk mix for a mellow before-bed beverage.
- 1/4 cup – water
- 1 bag – chamomile tea
- 1 cup – real dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon – honey (optional)
Add water to a small saucepan, and heat until it comes to a simmer. Turn off heat as soon as water starts boiling. Add tea bag and let it rest for a few minutes. Remove the bag.
Add honey and mix. Pour in milk and whisk vigorously again. Heat until the milk is steaming and just about to start simmering. Pour into a mug, and enjoy!
