Ingredients

  • 1 cup – fat-free or low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons – molasses
  • 2 tablespoons – brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon – pumpkin pie spice

DIRECTIONS

Warm all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming.

Pour into a mug and serve.
