Ingredients
- 1 cup – fat-free or low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons – molasses
- 2 tablespoons – brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon – pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS
Warm all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
Pour into a mug and serve.
